Domaine Dupont

The excellence of Calvados and Cider from the heart of Normandy

Domaine Dupont spans 30 hectares in the Pays d’Auge, in Normandy, a historic region for apple production and the birthplace of Calvados AOC. For over 25 years, the Dupont family has made the pursuit of quality its mission, drawing inspiration from the best practices in viticulture and Cognac distillation to produce products of rare elegance.

The history of the Dupont family in Normandy dates back to 1703: for seven generations, the art of calvados has been passed down from father to son, combining tradition and vision. The company is currently led by Etienne Dupont, and then by his son Jérôme.

The domaine has revolutionized the production of cider, calvados, and pommeau, introducing methods of excellence such as manual apple selection, the use of 13 indigenous varieties, and double distillation in a copper still. Natural fermentation, respect for the terroir, and aging in French oak barrels guarantee exceptional aromatic purity.

Among its peculiarities, the following stand out:

  • Vintage ciders aged in barrels
  • A cuvée made according to the sparkling wine's méthode traditionnelle
  • Unreduced, intense, and authentic Calvados

Over time, Domaine Dupont has become a benchmark for those seeking the best of Norman tradition, with an approach that is both respectful and innovative.

The profound history of Normandy is encapsulated within the heart of ancient apples.
